This MKS 651C-15616-S145 Pressure Controller looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, as shown, and responds to the buttons. When I first powered it up, the display was sharp and clear, but after I pressed some of the buttons, the left side of the display went dim (please see photos above for before and after photos).
